Install the Humming Plugin
1. Once logged into Shopify, navigate to Sales Channels > Online Store.
2. On your current website theme, click the ellipses > Edit code.
3. Scroll down until you reach the closing </head> tag. Make sure you are editing the theme.liquid section and do not delete any existing code. Paste the Humming plugin directly above the tag. Save your changes.
Validate your plugin
To ensure the plugin is setup correctly, return to your account and select Tags. Check plugin status to verify.
Troubleshooting
Plugin not verifying? Double check the following:
Make sure the plugin script is copied and pasted exactly as is without any additional line breaks
Ensure the plugin is placed as close to the closing <head/> tag as possible
Clear your website cache
Make sure you saved and published your changes
