Today, Humming supports targeting within the United States for any campaign, and you can specify location information directly in the platform during campaign creation. If you want to target an audience that is outside of the United States, you must be a part of the Humming+ community. That is, we have the ability to target and run global campaigns, but that has to be arranged through an account partner as part of our Humming+ offering.
